How soon will my service be live?
Hosting, email and VPS usually within 15 minutes of payment confirmation. Dedicated servers take 2–24 hours, or 3–5 business days when built to order.
Service deliveryWhat uptime do you commit to?
Network and infrastructure uptime on every product. If we miss it, you get 10%, 25% or 50% of that month's fee back as credit.
Uptime SLAWhat happens to my data when I leave?
We keep a terminated service's data for 7 days in case you need it back, then delete it for good. Take a backup before you cancel.
CancellationWhy do you ask for ID on servers?
VPS and dedicated orders may need verification. The CERT-In Directions of 28 April 2022 require us to keep those records for 5 years after the service ends.
Retention periodsDo you track me on the website?
No. The site sets no cookies and loads no advertising or analytics trackers. Your theme choice and a few page settings stay in your own browser.
Cookie & storage policyWho handles complaints?
