You pay for the whole term up front: 1, 12, 24 or 36 months for hosting, monthly or yearly for VPS, and per year for domains and SSL. The service starts as soon as payment is confirmed.
We send a renewal invoice before the due date. Hosting renews at the renewal price printed next to each plan, which is the 1-month price, never anything higher. You can renew for a longer term at that point if you prefer.
Yes. You can save a card or set up a UPI mandate in the client area where your bank and the payment gateway support it, and renewals are charged on the due date. You can switch back to manual payment at any time.
30 days on web, WordPress and reseller hosting and on business email; 7 days on VPS. Dedicated servers, domains, SSL certificates, software licences and setup fees are not refundable. If a free domain came with your hosting, its first-year price is deducted from the refund. Refund policy
Upgrades take effect straight away and you pay only the prorated difference for the rest of your term. Downgrades apply from the next renewal, as long as your usage fits the smaller plan.

We send reminders before and after the due date. An unpaid service is suspended, not deleted, and comes back as soon as the invoice is paid. After termination, data is kept for 7 days before it is erased.
Hosting, email and VPS are usually ready within 15 minutes of payment. Standard dedicated servers take 2–24 hours and build-to-order machines 3–5 business days.
