VirtualCloud reviews, in our customers' words.
Shop owners, agencies, bloggers and engineers on what hosting with VirtualCloud is like: the move, the invoices, the late-night tickets. Filter by the product you are weighing up, and see below how every review is collected.
Reviews for each of our eight products
Pick a product, from cPanel web hosting and VPS hosting in India to dedicated servers, to see what people running it say. Each review names the plan they are on, so you can compare like with like.
Five rules for every review we publish.
A review page is only useful if you can trust how it is put together. This is how we will collect and publish reviews from launch on, and the standard you can hold us to.
- 01
Customers only
We will publish a review only after matching it to an active or past VirtualCloud account. Anonymous submissions won't go up.
- 02
Published with permission
Nothing goes up without your OK. We will use your first name, last initial and city, never your email address, and your company only if you ask us to.
- 03
Never edited for meaning
We may shorten a long review or fix a typo, but we won't change what you said, and you will get the final text by email before it is published.
- 04
Critical reviews stay up
We won't hide or bury a review because it is hard to read. If something went wrong, we would rather fix it in the open.
- 05
Nothing in exchange
No discounts, credits or gifts for reviews, good or bad. No star ratings or scores either, just what people tell us.
Try it with a 30-day money-back window.
Web, WordPress and reseller hosting and business email come with 30 days to change your mind; VPS servers with 7.
