Web, WordPress and reseller hosting and business email carry a 30-day money-back guarantee; VPS servers carry 7 days. Dedicated servers, domains, SSL certificates, licences and setup fees are not refundable. If you got a free domain with your plan, its first-year price is deducted from the refund. Yes. Download full backups from cPanel whenever you like and ask support for your domain's EPP code to move it elsewhere. Cancelling takes a few clicks in the client area — see renew, upgrade or cancel a service.
If network and infrastructure uptime for a month falls below 99.99%, you get 10% of the affected service's monthly fee as account credit; below 99.0% it is 25%, and below 95.0% it is 50%, capped at 50% a month. Failed dedicated hardware is replaced within 4 hours of diagnosis. Details are in the SLA.
