Yes. WHM and cPanel carry no VirtualCloud branding. Your clients see your nameservers, your logo in cPanel and logins on their own domain (cpanel.theirdomain.in, webmail.theirdomain.in). Invoices come from your own billing system, not from us.

Not in the panel, the nameservers or the mail the server sends. Someone who looks up the owner of the IP address block can see the network operator — that is true of every reseller host. We never contact your clients for sales; abuse or legal notices about a client's site are sent to you to act on, unless the law requires us to act directly.

You create ns1.yourbrand.in and ns2.yourbrand.in as child nameservers (glue records) at the registrar of yourbrand.in and point them at the two reseller IPs in your welcome email. Clients then set their domains to your nameservers. Our guide on setting up private nameservers walks through it for common registrars.

With whatever you already use. WHMCS connects to WHM to create, suspend and terminate accounts automatically when clients pay or don't, and we can arrange a WHMCS licence on request at extra cost. Spreadsheets and manual invoices work too. GST on your invoices to clients is your responsibility.

Yes. Moving from RS-25 to RS-60 or RS-150 happens in place — same server, same IPs, no account moves — and you pay the difference for the rest of your term. Beyond RS-150, a VPS with WHM or a dedicated server is the next step, and we migrate your accounts free.

You are their first line; we are yours. Raise any server-side issue with any account through tickets or email, 24/7/365. First-response targets are 30 minutes for critical issues and 2 hours for standard ones. We don't deal with your clients directly.

CloudLinux gives each cPanel account its own ceilings for CPU, RAM, entry processes (simultaneous PHP requests) and inodes. When a site hits a ceiling it is slowed down rather than taking the server with it. The defaults per plan are in the limits table; we can adjust an individual account on request.
