MX records route incoming mail to us. SPF, DKIM and DMARC prove to Gmail, Outlook and everyone else that mail from your domain is really from you — the difference between the inbox and the spam folder.

The DKIM key is unique to your domain, so it is shortened here. Moving from Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? Remove their MX records and SPF include when you switch, and keep only one SPF record per domain.

Yes. Your domain can stay with any registrar — you only change its MX and TXT records. If you don't have a domain yet, search and register one first.
Add an IMAP account in iPhone Mail, the Gmail app on Android or Outlook: incoming server mail.yourdomain.in on port 993 with SSL/TLS, outgoing on 465 with SSL/TLS (or 587 with STARTTLS). Calendars and contacts sync over CalDAV and CardDAV. Your welcome email has the exact settings.
Yes — every mailbox has an hourly sending limit that protects the reputation of the whole platform. Limits are sized for normal business correspondence, not bulk newsletters; for marketing campaigns use a dedicated email marketing service. See the acceptable use policy.
Every incoming message is scanned for spam and viruses before it reaches the inbox. Likely spam goes to the Spam folder, where you can release it, and each user can allow or block specific senders and domains.
