WooCommerce hosting in India, built around the checkout.
Product pages come straight from LiteSpeed's cache, while carts and checkouts are built fresh for every shopper. WP Pro and WP Business add a Redis object cache for the pages that can't be cached. Your store runs on our managed WordPress plans in Mumbai or Delhi NCR, with staging and daily backups included.

Three WordPress plans, chosen by store size
WooCommerce runs on our managed WordPress plans; there's no separate store plan to pay extra for. Most stores belong on WP Pro for its Redis object cache. Choose WP Business for a large catalogue, several stores or a dedicated IP.

Caching
Cache the catalogue, never the checkout
A store has two kinds of page, and they need opposite treatment.
Catalogue pages (the home page, categories and products) look the same to every logged-out shopper. LiteSpeed keeps a built copy of each and sends it back without running PHP or MySQL, which is why product pages stay quick during a sale.
Cart, checkout and My Account are different for every shopper, so they're built fresh on each request. The LSCache rules for WooCommerce are switched on for you: those pages are never cached, add-to-cart requests skip the cache, and once a shopper has something in the basket they stop getting the shared copy, so the cart count and prices they see are always their own.
The uncached pages are where Redis earns its place. On WP Pro and WP Business, the object cache keeps the results of repeated database lookups (product data, prices, stock and settings) in memory. Carts, checkouts, logged-in customers and the order screens in wp-admin no longer rebuild them from MySQL on every request.
Use one page cache. LSCache already does the job. A second page-cache plugin fights it, and that is the usual cause of a cart that "forgets" items.
Purge after bulk changes. Saving a product purges its page automatically. After a large CSV import or a direct database edit, purge everything from the LiteSpeed Cache menu.

Background jobs
Scheduled sales and held stock, on time
Much of a store's work happens when nobody is looking at it.
WooCommerce queues background work in Action Scheduler: starting and ending scheduled sales, delivering webhooks, importing Analytics data and, with the right extensions, subscription renewals. Cancelling unpaid orders and releasing their held stock is a scheduled task too.
By default these jobs are started by WP-Cron, which only runs when a visitor's request reaches PHP. On a well-cached store most requests never do, so on a quiet night a sale can start late or held stock can stay locked. The fix takes two minutes:
1
Turn off the page-load trigger. Add define( 'DISABLE_WP_CRON', true ); to wp-config.php, or run the WP-CLI command shown here over SSH.
2
Add a real cron job. In your control panel's Cron Jobs screen, run wp cron event run --due-now from the store's folder every 5 minutes. If the job's email says wp: command not found, use the full path that which wp shows over SSH.
3
Check the queue. Open WooCommerce › Status › Scheduled Actions. The Past-due tab should stay empty, and failed actions show the error that stopped them.
# 1 · stop WP-Cron running on page loads~/public_html $ wp config set DISABLE_WP_CRON true --rawSuccess: Added the constant 'DISABLE_WP_CRON' to the 'wp-config.php' file with the raw value 'true'.# 2 · Cron Jobs, every 5 minutes*/5 * * * * cd ~/public_html && wp cron event run --due-now >/dev/null 2>&1# run it once by hand to check~/public_html $ wp cron event run --due-nowExecuted the cron event 'action_scheduler_run_queue' in 0.412s.Executed the cron event 'woocommerce_cancel_unpaid_orders' in 0.031s.Success: Executed a total of 2 cron events.
SSH, WP-CLI and cron jobs are included on every WordPress plan. Prefer not to touch it? Open a ticket and we'll set it up for you.
Safe updates
Update plugins on staging, not on shoppers
Nightly updates with a visual check and rollback suit most plugins. For WooCommerce itself, your payment gateway and anything that touches checkout, this four-step routine is safer.
01
Hold back the checkout plugins
Exclude WooCommerce, the gateway plugin and checkout add-ons from automatic updates. Everything else keeps updating nightly.
02
Refresh staging, then update
Make a fresh staging copy of the live store, update there, and run any "database update required" prompt on staging first.
03
Place a test order
Switch the gateway on staging to test or sandbox mode first. Then go from product page to thank-you page and check the email and stock.
04
Push files, not the database
Push the plugin files to live, then run the database update there. A staging database would overwrite orders placed while you tested.
Restores work the same way. Restoring files from a daily backup is safe at any time. Restoring the database to yesterday also removes today's orders and customers, so download recent orders from WooCommerce › Analytics › Orders first. Backups are kept 14 days on WP Starter and 30 on WP Pro and Business; the backup restore guide shows each option.
Payments and PCI
The card page belongs to your gateway
Indian shoppers expect UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree and CCAvenue are examples of Indian payment gateways with WooCommerce plugins. Each has its own fees, settlement times and onboarding, and we don't recommend one over another. Their plugins work on our plans with nothing to change on the server.
With a hosted, redirect or pop-up checkout, the shopper types card details or approves the UPI request on the gateway's page, not on your server. Your store never sees the full card number, so most PCI DSS card-handling obligations stay with the gateway. Merchants who outsource card handling this way usually complete the shortest self-assessment questionnaire (SAQ A); your gateway can confirm what applies to you.
What stays with you
HTTPS everywhere. Free SSL is issued and renewed for you. An OV certificate adds your verified company name for B2B buyers.
A reachable callback URL. If a security plugin or a "coming soon" page blocks the gateway's webhook, paid orders stay in Pending payment.
A fixed IP when asked. Some gateway and shipping APIs allow-list an IP address. A dedicated IP is included on WP Business and is a ₹199/mo add-on on Starter and Pro.
Two-factor logins. Switch on the preinstalled 2FA plugin for every administrator and shop manager.

GST invoices
GST on orders: what WooCommerce leaves to you
WooCommerce calculates tax, but on its own it doesn't produce GST tax invoices. Its order emails carry no GSTIN, no HSN or SAC codes, no place of supply and no split between CGST, SGST and IGST. Most Indian stores add one of the several GST invoicing plugins for WooCommerce. A good one covers:
Your GSTIN on every invoice, and the buyer's GSTIN on B2B orders
An HSN code for each product, or a SAC code for services
CGST + SGST for buyers in your state, IGST for buyers in other states
A consecutive invoice series for each financial year, separate from order numbers
Products in different GST slabs each need their own WooCommerce tax class. Before launch, test a cart with an in-state and an out-of-state address on staging, and ask your CA to check one invoice of each kind. Whether your turnover brings B2B invoices under e-invoicing rules is a question for your CA too.
Example: ₹1,000 item at 18% GSTSeller registered in Maharashtra
Entry processes How many uncached PHP requests can run at once: carts, checkouts, add-to-cart and wp-admin. Cached product pages don't count.

WP Pro suits most stores: its Redis object cache speeds up the cart, checkout and wp-admin, the pages that can't be served from the page cache. WP Starter works for a new store with a small catalogue. Choose WP Business for a large catalogue, several stores or a dedicated IP. You can move up a plan from the client area at any time.
No. The LSCache rules for WooCommerce are on from the start: the cart, checkout and My Account pages are never cached, add-to-cart requests skip the cache, and shoppers with items in their basket stop getting the shared copy of a page. Don't add a second page-cache plugin, because two caches fighting each other is the usual cause of a cart that forgets items.
Any gateway with a WooCommerce plugin. Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree and CCAvenue are examples of Indian gateways that offer UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. Nothing needs to change on the server, and we don't recommend one gateway over another. Compare their fees, settlement times and the payment methods your customers use.
Anyone who takes card payments has some PCI DSS responsibility, but a hosted, redirect or pop-up checkout keeps card numbers on the gateway's page and off your server. Merchants who outsource card handling this way usually complete the shortest self-assessment questionnaire, SAQ A. Your gateway can confirm what applies to you. On your side, keep the site on HTTPS, keep plugins updated and use two-factor logins.
WooCommerce's background jobs are started by WP-Cron, which only runs when a request reaches PHP. Cached pages don't, so a quiet store can fall behind. Turn off WP-Cron in wp-config.php and add a real cron job that runs wp cron event run --due-now every 5 minutes. The steps are in the background jobs section of this page, or we can set it up for you from a ticket.
Yes, plugins update every night with a visual check and automatic rollback. For WooCommerce, your gateway and checkout add-ons, we suggest excluding them from automatic updates and updating on staging first: test an order with the gateway in test mode, then push files only to live, so the live database and its orders are never overwritten.
Not on its own. WooCommerce calculates tax, but GST tax invoices also need your GSTIN, HSN or SAC codes, the place of supply and a CGST and SGST or IGST split. Most Indian stores add a GST invoicing plugin for that. Test an in-state and an out-of-state order on staging and have your CA check the invoices before launch.
Yes, free on every WordPress plan. We copy and test the store on a temporary URL while your old store keeps trading. When you approve, a final sync brings over orders and customers placed in the meantime, and only then does DNS move. Start from the migration page.
When you need things shared hosting can't give you: your own search server, background workers, custom PHP or MySQL settings, or a large ERP or marketplace sync that runs all day. A VPS from VC-2 upwards gives you full root and guaranteed CPU and RAM, and you can add fully managed support for ₹999/mo.
Yes. WordPress hosting, including stores, has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Domains, licences and setup fees aren't refundable, and a free domain's first-year price is deducted. The refund and cancellation policy covers the rest.
